it....you will found it floating over the internet.... Download the appropriate version for your text editor....extract (.rar) file and copy all content to the directory of your editor in a folder named "plugins" ... You're done.... Now u can use zen-codes to increase your coding speed ... Search the internet for zen-codes.....
type "html:5" (without quotes) and press ctrl+e ... And the html 5 basic template will be automatically typed over there....
